Athlete
An athlete, always.
I have been moving my whole life. Gymnastics first, then soccer, hurdles, and dance, and now HYROX, triathlon, CrossFit and anything with a net. Training is how I learned to coach, and it's how I stay motivated with lifelong fitness.

The foundation
Gymnastics
Where it started.
Track
Competed at the State in 110m and 300m hurdles.
Soccer
Varsity soccer.
Dance
Four years of dance training in ballet, jazz, modern, tap, and hip hop.

Racing
HYROX
I have raced HYROX many times, in singles, doubles and the Pro division. It's one of my favorite events to coach.

CrossFit

I have done CrossFit since 2012 and competed in it, including the CrossFit Open and Quarterfinals. It the base for my coaching methodology.
26.2
A marathon-distance run in Peninsula State Park

No start line, no medal table. Jared and I mapped our own 26.2 miles through Peninsula State Park and ran every one of them.

For fun
Volleyball and pickleball.
Volleyball whenever I can find a net, and pickleball because I love it. Invite me to play and I'm there.
