Entrepreneur

Founder of Pridefit.

I built Pridefit from online workout videos on Youtube into a custom coded fitness app and full coaching team. The goal has stayed the same: make movement welcoming, effective, and part of everyday life.

How it happened

  1. The community

During the pandemic, I started leading workouts YouTube. People kept showing up, then they brought friends, and a LGBTQIA+ fitness community organically formed around it. Years of coaching and training, including visiting 100 CrossFit gyms across the country, informed how Pridefit was built.

  2. The app

The Pridefit app launched in 2022, giving the community one place for programming, coaching and finding genuine connection.

  3. Now

    Leading the work

I lead product direction, coaching and community, working with the team as CEO to turn what members need into a better experience. That means shaping the programming, supporting our coaches, and deciding what we build next.

A product built around people

Coaching beyond the workout.

Pridefit brings personalized programs, unlimited 1-1 coaching, and habit tracking into one place. It is the product we built around the community, with support that extends beyond a single workout.
